This Privacy Policy explains how Verbly (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application.

Verbly is developed and operated by Akash Shah (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Privacy First

Verbly is designed with privacy in mind.

Your vocabulary progress, saved words, preferences, onboarding status, and optional display name remain stored locally on your device. We do not require user accounts, and we do not synchronize your learning progress to our own servers.

Verbly offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

Payments are processed entirely by Apple. The Developer never receives your payment card information.

How Information Is Used

Most user information remains stored locally on your device.

The Developer does not maintain cloud copies of your vocabulary progress, saved words, favorites, or preferences.

Locally stored information remains on your device until:

Deleting the App generally removes locally stored learning data from your device.

Subscription records maintained by Apple and RevenueCat may continue to be retained according to their respective policies.

Verbly has a 4+ age rating on the Apple App Store.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Verbly does not display third-party advertisements.

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information processed by the App. However, no software or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
